Emma Wood
Emma Wood grew up in a musical family where she sang and played various musical instruments from a young age. She fell in love with piano at the age of sixteen and after a few years of study she took her Grade 9 Exam with the Royal Conservatory of Music. She has been working to finish her Grade 10 RCM certificate as well as her Elementary Teaching Certificate.
Emma has been performing and arranging music for over ten years, and teaching piano for two years. Emma is also the Music Director at Kitchener Baptist Church. Emma is passionate about sharing the gift of music and creating opportunities for people to connect through it. She believes that music has the power to unite communities, inspire faith, and bring joy. In Emma’s spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, rock climbing, and spending time in nature.
