After just recently completing the fulfilling task of homeschooling my 7 children, I am ready to start teaching piano to others again!
I received my ARCT in piano performance and teaching 1988, and enjoyed working with a full class of 50+ students until I got married and started a family. I taught all my children piano and two of my daughters started teaching when they got older.
Teaching is a great way to pass on my love of music. I also have my gr.10 RCM certificate for flute, so can give lessons in this instrument as well. My goals with teaching are to help students enrich their lives by developing their musical potential, harness the discipline and skill to get there, and ultimately be able to express and nourish their souls through this beautiful gift.
